Ben Marcantonio has been a healthcare leader for 35 years. From 2022 through 2024 he was COO, then Interim CEO of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. From 2024 through Q1 2025, Ben was Chief Integration Officer for NHPCO as it combined with NAHC to form the National Alliance for Care at Home.

Prior to his role at NHPCO, Ben served in executive roles at provider organizations in multiple regions of the country. Throughout his career he has made a practice of uniting strategic planning and key performance indicators with departmental and individual goals. Ben has led organizations through times of significant challenges, developing expertise in navigating change affecting organizational as well as individual team members’ roles and related goals.
